Company Philosophy Towards Employees

In the coming shortage of highly skilled, technically-oriented, competent employees and team members, AQuate Corporation reduces employee turnover by treating employees and members of the AQuate corporate family equitably, fairly, and justly. Aquate is demanding but always respects people and appreciates those who are results oriented, creative and flexible. We put people first because we know that the proper person, in the proper role, performing the proper tasks, will be the way for the employee to be happiest and most productive while best serving the customer. AQuate management wants employees to love their jobs. We want them assist them in achieving their career and life goals. Consequently, this philosophy leads AQuate to create a flexible work environment, tailoring jobs to meet personal needs within the constraints of the work that has to get done.

AQuate is a corporate family. We seek to celebrate individual and corporate milestones in the lives of our employees and our company — major births, birthdays, anniversaries, contract wins, sales goals attained, employee and client victories.

Similarly, we recognize that individuals have a family life outside the organization — interests, hobbies, children, parents and relatives, weekends and vacations. We want to encourage high performers to take time off. To foster career development and progress, AQuate will invest in promising employees for growth and future leadership roles. We seek to help performers attain their goals while underperformers will be pruned quickly so they may find the proper niche in which they fit best and perform best.
